It's Made
Our workshop sits in Keynsham, BS31, on the Bristol-Bath corridor. We welcome the occasional visit by prior appointment for serious enquiries — the workshop floor isn't a showroom, so we ask that you call or email first to arrange a time. If you'd like to see a unit in build, hold a timber sample, or compare paint colours and oak stains in natural light, just get in touch.

How quickly do you reply?
Within 4 working hours on average during workshop hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm GMT). Evening and weekend enquiries are answered first thing the next working day. Trade enquiries within 48 hours.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes, by prior appointment. We're in Keynsham, BS31, with free on-site parking. We're not a showroom, so visits are for serious enquiries only — call or email to arrange a time and we'll walk you through the workshop, materials, and current builds.
Can I order a colour or oak sample?
We can post painted sample swatches in any of our five Farrow & Ball colours, plus small oak stain samples for any of our seven stains. Get in touch with the colours or stains you'd like and we'll send them out.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. We work with interior designers, bathroom showrooms, architects, and property developers. Select "Trade enquiry" above and we'll send our trade terms within 48 hours.
How do I track my existing order?
Sign in to your account using the email you used at checkout, or reply to your order confirmation email. We send build-window updates throughout the 4 to 6 week lead time.
Do you build bespoke?
Yes. Any width, depth, or height. Bespoke colours, oak stains, drawer layouts, basin cutouts, and range crossovers are all possible. Start a bespoke enquiry with photos and dimensions.
