Single vs Double Basin
Choose single if
The bathroom is for one or two occasional users, you want generous worktop space for daily essentials, or your space is below 1200mm in usable width. Cloakrooms, single ensuites, and family bathrooms all typically work better with a single.
Consider double if
Two people share the bathroom regularly at the same time, you have 1200mm or more of usable width, or you want to eliminate the morning queue. Double basins also add significant resale value in master ensuites.
