Painted Vanities
In five Farrow & Ball heritage colours. Hand-finished, sealed, made to last.
Every painted Mockridge vanity is hand-finished in our Bristol workshop with Farrow & Ball paint, sealed with a hard-wearing satin lacquer designed for bathroom humidity. We've selected five Farrow & Ball colours that work in almost any British bathroom: from the soft warmth of Elephant's Breath to the depth of Railings.
Available across three of our four ranges. The fluted Clifton, the period-traditional Chester, and the handleless wall-hung Reeded.

The Finish
Sprayed By Hand
Two coats of primer, two top coats, sprayed in-house and flatted between each. The result is an even, hard-wearing finish with no brush marks, sealed against bathroom humidity. Shown here on the fluted Clifton.

Painted vs Solid Oak
Choose painted if
You want a piece that anchors your bathroom with a specific colour story, you're working with a particular Farrow & Ball scheme already, or you prefer the cleaner uniformity of paint to the variation of natural timber. Painted finishes also suit period properties where bold colour was historically used in bathrooms.
Consider solid oak if
You want the warmth and grain character of timber, a finish that develops patina over decades rather than being repainted, or the highest construction tier we offer. Solid oak is available across all four ranges, including the heirloom Kingsbridge.
