Shipping & Delivery

Every Mockridge vanity is made to order in our Bristol workshop. Here's what to expect from the day you order to the day it arrives.

Lead Times

Every Mockridge vanity is built to order in our Bristol workshop. Standard lead time across the Clifton, Chester, and Reeded ranges is 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on workshop schedule and the configuration ordered.

The Kingsbridge heirloom range and any bespoke pieces typically take 6 to 8 weeks due to the additional workshop time required for real oak construction. We'll confirm the specific timeline when we quote.

We will confirm your specific delivery date once your unit has completed production. If anything is going to take longer than initially quoted, we'll tell you as soon as we know rather than at the end.

Delivery Charges & Method

  • Flat-rate delivery of £95 to all mainland UK addresses.
  • Delivered by a trusted third-party carrier. Two-person delivery to the ground floor of your property as standard.
  • You'll receive a dispatch notification by text and email ahead of delivery, with a confirmed time window.
  • Please ensure someone is available to accept and inspect the delivery on the agreed date.
  • Double vanity units and larger configurations are always sent with two-person handling at no additional charge for mainland UK.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands

We can deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. Because these locations sit outside our standard carrier network, we arrange these deliveries on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us before placing your order at hello@mockridgedesign.com to confirm availability and receive a delivery quote.

Collection From Workshop

If you'd prefer to collect your order directly rather than have it delivered, we're happy to arrange this. Collection is free, by prior appointment only.

Get in touch with the team and we'll arrange a collection window that works around the workshop schedule. We'll share the address and access details once a time is agreed.

Inspection & Damage

Every unit is carefully packaged for transit, but in the rare event that something arrives damaged, we need to know promptly so we can put it right.

  • Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If anything is damaged or not as expected, contact us immediately at hello@mockridgedesign.com with clear photographs and a description of the issue.
  • Damage claims made outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted, as the carrier insurance window will have closed.
  • Where possible, please retain the original packaging until any concerns are resolved.

Once we've reviewed the photographs and confirmed the issue, we'll arrange to collect the existing unit and manufacture a replacement at no additional cost. We aim to start a replacement build the same week.

Cancellations & Returns

Every Mockridge vanity is made to order, built specifically for your space in your choice of finish. Because we don't carry stock and manufacture begins promptly after order, our cancellation window is short.

Within 48 hours of order

Cancellation accepted, provided manufacture has not yet begun (no materials cut, no timber stained). A 10% administration fee applies. The remaining 90% is refunded to your original payment method.

After manufacture begins

Once materials have been cut, sprayed, or stained for your specific order, we are unable to cancel or refund. This applies regardless of the time elapsed since your order, as bespoke work is non-returnable under UK consumer law.

If you've changed your mind about a finish or configuration, get in touch as quickly as possible. We can sometimes adjust details before cutting begins, but only if we hear from you very early. The earlier we know, the more flexibility we have.
