The Clifton

The two share the same fluted drawer fronts, shaker frame, tapered legs, and Blum soft-close runners. The painted Clifton is built with solid tulipwood legs and cabinet-grade moisture-resistant cores, then hand-spray-finished in your chosen colour. The oak Clifton is built with real European oak and hand-stained in one of seven natural tones, allowing the grain of the timber to show through. Painted units start from £1,790 and oak units from £1,970.

Painted Clifton units are built with solid tulipwood legs and end panels, with cabinet-grade moisture-resistant cores throughout the frame. They are then spray-finished with two coats of primer and two top coats of paint. Oak Clifton units are built with real European oak, then hand-stained and sealed with a hardwax oil that bonds with the timber fibres, bringing out the natural grain while protecting against bathroom moisture. Both versions are built to last in bathroom environments.

The painted Clifton comes in five curated Farrow & Ball colours: Railings, Brinjal, Studio Green, Stiffkey Blue, and Elephants Breath. The oak Clifton is offered in seven natural stains: White, Natural, Smoke, Macchiato, Espresso, Dark Roast, and Chocolate. Want a colour outside the five? Choose the bespoke swatch on any painted unit, enter your Farrow & Ball, Little Greene or RAL reference, and we colour-match it for £95. It is sprayed to the same finish as our standard colours.

The Clifton comes in six standard widths: 600mm, 800mm, and 1000mm as a single basin, and 1200mm, 1400mm, and 1600mm as a double. Every size is available in painted or oak, with sit-on or undermount basins. If none of those fit, select Bespoke on the size row and set any width from 500mm to 1800mm. It is priced as the nearest standard size below your width plus £150. Standard depth is 500mm for sit-on and 550mm for undermount; if you need a shallower unit, note it in the requests box and the workshop will check basin and tap fit with you before building.

Yes. Every Clifton vanity unit, painted or oak, comes fitted with Blum soft-close drawer runners as standard, backed by a lifetime guarantee. For those who want the craftsmanship visible inside the drawer, an upgrade to hand-cut dovetailed solid oak drawer boxes is available.

Yes. If you add a quartz worktop, we can drill tap holes to your exact specification. For sit-on basin configurations without a quartz worktop, The Clifton works with wall-mounted taps. Contact us if you need advice on tap compatibility for your setup.

The Clifton is available with nine worktop finishes: Pure White, Carrara Cashmere, Carrara Misterio, Calacatta Gold, Calacatta Oro, Calacatta Vincente, Arabescato Vagli, Misterio Gold and Viola, a dark burgundy-veined stone. Tap a swatch on the product page to preview each one and see its price. Worktops are 20mm, pre-cut to the exact dimensions of your unit, basin cutout pre-formed, polished, and dispatched separately ready to install. All are heat-resistant, scratch-resistant and non-porous. Bespoke marble worktops are available on request, and you can also order without a worktop if you are sourcing your own surface.

Yes. Once you have chosen a quartz worktop, tick the upstand option beneath it. Upstands are cut from the same slab as your worktop, 100mm high as standard, and dispatched with it. They cost £150 for a single unit or £250 for a double with straight corners, with cut corners at £50 extra and curved corners at £100 extra. If you want a different height or a bevelled edge, note it in the box provided and we make it to your request at no extra cost.

Every Clifton is made to order in our Bristol workshop and you choose your build slot at checkout. Delivery is included in the slot price, so the longer you can wait, the less you pay. No Rush is 8 to 10 weeks with free delivery. Standard is 6 to 8 weeks with £95 delivery. Fast Track, when slots are available, is 3 to 5 weeks at £245 delivered (£150 for the earlier slot plus £95 delivery). Units arrive fully assembled and ready to install; quartz worktops and upstands are dispatched separately. For units over 1400mm, or where access is restricted, we may partially disassemble for delivery, with all fixings and instructions included for quick reassembly on site.
